Trip to Noelanders Trophy Belgium. |
We are planning to run a members trip to the above event next year.
The trip will probably be leaving on Friday and returning sometime on Sunday.
The itinary will be decided by the group that travel but will certainly take in the Show and probably a visit to a Bonsai Nursery. The estimated individual cost for Travel, Food, Accomodation is expected to be around £215.00 per person. This is based on the assumption of 9 people travelling, sharing a twin room and using Fuel Cost, Channel Tunnel Tarriff as we know them.
In order to get the ball rolling we need to establish how much serious interest there is for the trip. To this end we would require a non refundable deposit of £30.00 by the end of February 2010.
To spread the cost we propose to set up a sort of savings scheme that you can pay into as often as you wish. If you are seriously interested call Brian on 01639 641894.
