Late Summer show, Auction and Bonsai Car boot sale

  What a Fantastic day we at the Dragon Bonsai Society had. The members came out in numbers and “ did us proud “ in my opinion with the fabulous display of trees on show.

  The support that was given to the Auction, in terms of material donated by them was overwhelming and interest around the Bonsai Car Boot Sale was truly amazing, and it was fantastic to do a bit of socializing and catch up with dear friends. Combine all four elements together and you will understand how it made for a truly Fantastic and Funfilled Day.

   It is the first time at the Society that we have run an Auction and a Bonsai Boot Sale, so you can imagine that we were all a little nervous about how the whole thing would pan out. Well it turns out there was no real need to worry and our hearfelt thanks go out to everyone that supported the event and a very special Thank You to :

Your support for the Boot Sale and Auction was very much appreciated and the Show Trees you brought along for display are a credit to yourselves, your Societies and to Bonsai.

The feedback we have had was very constructive and we were very grateful for everything you had to say. We will not be complacent and we will all be working extremely hard to make the event even Bigger and Better next year for EVERYONE.

So put the date in your diary NOW. Sunday the 5 th September 2010 .
